WCS Second Grader Awarded 1,000 Box Tops

Ricky Deadwyler, a second grade student, was awarded 1,000 Box Tops for WCS by competing in the Globbie bowling contest during the halftime show of the Harlem Globe Trotters basketball performance at the University of Delaware on Monday, March 15th along with two other winners from other local schools.

At the event there were other WCS families,  faculty and staff members attending who cheered Ricky on during the contest.  Ricky is currently in Mrs. Wadsworth’s 2nd grade class and we congratulate Ricky for earning a 1,000 Box Top points for Wilmington Christian School.  Go Ricky!!
