Wilmington Christian School has an immediate opening for a certified School Nurse. Interested applicants should be a graduate of an accredited RN program and hold a RN license. Candidates for this position should have a working knowledge of established professional nursing concepts, principles of practices, and the ability to determine and assess the medical needs of both students and staff members in routine and urgent care situations. Qualified individuals must demonstrate sound independent judgment related to the health care and safety of the members of the educational community and be proactive in the creation and maintenance of programs promoting health and wellness among community members. In addition, applicants should be familiar with uses and effects of medications, have strong computer and organizational skills, and a commitment to joining a strong team of individuals who seek to develop a Biblical worldview in the lives and hearts of students. Nurses with a love for school-age children, a commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ, and a passion for Christian education should contact Mr. Bill Stevens.

Wilmington Christian School is seeking and individual to work in our after school Extended Care program.  Applicants should enjoy interacting with elementary and middle school students in an informal setting.  If you are interested in using your gift of working with children, please call Mrs. Cindy Tandy-Green at Extension 3001.
