Due to its continuously growing enrollment, Wilmington Christian School is currently seeking energetic, creative, and committed candidates to join our faculty and staff. A college preparatory school strongly rooted in the principles of Biblical Christianity, Wilmington Christian School has a heritage that dates to 1946, and currently serves more than 400 students in Pre-K2 through 12th grade.

Current Openings

Director of Early Education Programs

Wilmington Christian School is seeking applicants for the position of Director of Early Learning Programs, with an immediate start date. Qualified candidates will have the appropriate educational background, experience working with toddlers and preschoolers, a commitment to a traditional Biblical worldview, excellent leadership skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. This 12-month position involves overseeing all early learning programs, including developing and expanding current offerings to include year-round childcare and additional classes during the school year, and some classroom teaching. Early Education and Elementary Faculty

Wilmington Christian School has openings for faculty members in our Early Learning and Elementary divisions. Qualified applicants will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, a commitment to a traditional Biblical worldview, excellent relational skills, and an eagerness to serve on a collaborative and innovative faculty team. High School Math/Technology Faculty

Wilmington Christian School is hiring a high school math/technology teacher. Qualified applicants will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, a commitment to a traditional Biblical worldview, excellent relational skills, and an eagerness to serve on a collaborative and innovative faculty team. Teaching responsibilities will include: Algebra I and II and Computer Programming. Substitute Nurse

WCS is seeking qualified substitute nurses for our school nurse.  Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RN program and hold a Delaware RN license.  A working knowledge of established professional nursing concepts, principles of practices, and an ability to determine and assess medical needs are essential for this position.  The hours are 8:00 AM to 2:45 PM, as needed.  Nurses who love school-age students and have a commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ should send a resume and letter of interest to Gwen Campbell, gcampbell@wilmingtonchristian.org

Warrior Cafe
Hepbron Food Services, Inc. has an immediate opening for a cashier position in the Warrior Cafe at Wilmington Christian School. Hours are 10:30am until 1:00pm, Monday – Friday (when school is in session).
